Taylor Made Training Solutions can provide ITIL courses from Foundation to Manager levels on both versions 2 and 3.

Our courses are designed to guide delegates through ITIL best practice and prepare them for exams leading to ISEB IT Service Management qualifications. They provide thorough explanations of ITIL terminology and the processes designed to deliver effective and efficient IT services.

The courses are based on formal lectures and group discussions.  The lectures are supplemented by a series of assignments based on a case study and carried out in syndicate groups.  The course material includes a number of sample questions and mock examination papers in preparation for the ISEB examinations, which take place on the afternoon of the final day.
