Taylor Made Training Solutions can provide ITIL® courses from Foundation to Intermediate and Expert levels. For those who have qualified in a previous version of ITIL®, bridging courses are also available.
Our courses are designed to guide delegates through ITIL best practice and prepare them for exams leading to ISEB IT Service Management qualifications. They provide thorough explanations of ITIL terminology and the processes designed to deliver effective and efficient IT services.
Courses are based on formal lectures and group discussions. The accredited course materials include mock examination papers in preparation for the ISEB examinations, which take place on the afternoon of the final day.
All courses are delivered using experienced and professional trainers who are all qualified to ITIL® v3 Expert level. Our lead trainer is Richard Webber who since joining Tailor Made Training Solutions has helped to achieve an exceptionally high pass rate for delegates attending courses.
