Responsible for the direction, strategy and growth of the Training Division, Miles also works with the team delivering major client events and designing and facilitating workshops and conferences for organisations ranging from small regional businesses to blue chip organisations across the world.  

Terence Rabe
Senior Technical Trainer
As a Microsoft Certified Trainer with over 10 years experience delivering a wide range of Microsoft Technical Training courses, Terence’s role of Senior Technical Trainer ensures that we maintain our excellent quality for delivery of all Microsoft courses from Technical through to Office Applications.

Professional Associate Base
You will be impressed by the standard of our trainers, coaches, consultants, facilitators and mentors. Each Associate is a highly accomplished trainer at the same time as holding a senior role in business, so all have up to date examples of how to apply the skills and techniques taught to our delegates.

Louise Beeston
Business Development Consultant
With a background in administration, Louise’s knowledge of our course offerings ensures that our clients have the information they need to book the right course for them. Louise will be able to advise and guide you through the maze of information around the Microsoft course offerings, and help you understand the management and business development courses we provide. With responsibility for the marketing of the Division, Louise is currently undertaking professional marketing qualifications to add to her key skills. 

Erica Hearn
Sales and Operational Support
Erica’s role is to provide support for the Training Division; organising events for our clients both on site and throughout Europe. With a history of organisation and administration, Erica provides the logistical planning and support for the Division working closely with our clients to manage delegates and coordinate events and bookings. Once you have chosen your learning pathway, Erica will ensure you have the right information, trainer and courseware to deliver to our extremely high quality standards.
